This year marks our 80^th year as a local family-owned and operated business. In 1942, Chas and Alice Roberts founded Chas Roberts and built their company on the standards of integrity, honesty and trust. They passed these values down four generations, and today Chas Roberts is the largest HVAC and plumbing service provider in Arizona.

After retiring from the military as an aircraft mechanic, Chas Roberts founded his first appliance & services company. In 1953, Chas Roberts AC & Plumbing was born.

In 1965, the company was passed down to Chas Robert’s son Chuck Roberts who continued the family legacy. He then passed the company down to his son and daughter, Don Roberts and Roberta “Sissie” Roberts. Today, Sissie is the President of Chas Roberts, carrying on the family legacy and leading the vision we have for quality, convenience, and affordability.

In 2012, Chas Roberts expanded their service offerings by adding plumbing. Now Chas Roberts is an Arizona industry leader in both HVAC and plumbing services, with technicians who are licensed, bonded and  insured, and who have successfully completed the rigorous Chas Roberts Customer Service Training Program.
