Cool Air Conditioning Specials for Fall
It has been a long, hot summer, and many home air conditioners are exhausted from keeping homeowners cool. This fall is the perfect time to trade in the old system for a newer, more energy-efficient system. And Trane, a top air conditioning manufacturer, is offering incentives to sweeten the deal.
Through November 15, 2013, homeowners can take advantage of two incentives from Trane:
- 0% interest for 36 months when financing a new HVAC system, plus
- Up to $1000 in trade-in allowances for an outdated system
The money-saving opportunities don’t stop there. On top of these incentives from Chas Roberts and Trane, the federal government is offering tax credits of up to $300 for installation of a more energy-efficient unit – but it must be installed before the end of 2013.
In addition, Arizona homeowners also may be able to take advantage of energy company rebates. APS residential customers who replace an existing A/C system could be eligible for $270 in APS rebates, and APS estimates that upgrading your equipment could save you $180 on your annual cooling costs. SRP customers are eligible to receive a rebate of up to $400 back for installing an energy-efficient A/C system.
